In this case, you should indeed be careful.
According to the manufacturer of Peritol:
"Due to its cholinolytic effects, Peritol should be used with caution in the following
Cases:
- patients with a history of bronchial asthma,
- patients with high intraocular pressure,
- patients with hyperthyroidism,
- patients with cardiovascular diseases,
- patients with hypertension."
But when it comes to the combination of peritol + eye pressure drops, there are no contraindications?

The combination of Dulsevia and Peritol may lead to a reduction in the effect of duloxetine. Therefore, you should be careful. If your treatment is not effective enough, talk to your doctor - you may need to increase your dose of Dulsevia or switch to another medicine.
Thank you very much, but can I use Peritol at the same time? I use it for allergies

Yes, if your doctor has recommended e.g. Xalatan - you can use it in the absence of glaucoma, when increased pressure in the eye is a side effect of Dulsovia.

Drops such as Xalatan or Monoprost are only available with a prescription, so their use and dosage should be decided by your doctor.
