Should I start Duphaston again if I have to take the pill?
Hello, I was supposed to start the pill on the first day of my period after using duphaston but I missed it by 7 days what should I do, buy duphaston and start from scratch?

I don't know what pills you were supposed to take after Duphaston. If it's contraception, you can theoretically start on any day of your cycle (you don't have to take Duphaston again and wait for the first day of bleeding) - so you don't have to wait for bleeding - but you won't be protected right away. Protection will be provided from the second pack of pills.
However, the question is about prescription drugs, so it would be best to consult your doctor.
