Herbs for calming down and a good night's sleep
Sleep problems after stopping birth control pills.
Good morning, I wanted to ask if it is possible to have a problem with sleep after stopping contraception? I stopped taking the pills a week ago and since then, for 4 days to be exact, I can't sleep at night. I often wake up and in the morning I feel like I haven't slept at all.
Could it be related to what I mentioned above, or are there any other reasons that could cause it?
