Hello, unfortunately I'm having the same experience right now, but I've only been taking it for a week. Does this eventually level off, i.e. does the skin calm down and the pimples go away?

The most commonly reported effects of Zafrilla are headache (9.0%), breast discomfort (5.4%), low mood (5.1%) and acne (5.1%). Zafrilla may also cause side effects such as stomach pain, spotting and bleeding.
