Can you take Vicks Antigrip Sinus and Qatar with Escitalopram?

Hello,I've been on escitalopram 10mg for a while now and since yesterday I've been caught horribly sick
I took one sachet of vicks rhinitis and sinus but I saw the antihistamine compound in the composition and now I panicked Is it OK to take this vicks with my ssri?

The use of chlorpheniramine (an ingredient in Vicks Antigrip Sinus and Runny Nose) together with escitalopram may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness and difficulty concentrating.
