If you are referring to Buscolysin 20 mg/ml solution for injection, it contains 20 mg of hyoscine butylbromide, sodium chloride and water for injections as excipients.
The preparation reduces smooth muscle tone, weakens gastrointestinal motility and gastric secretion, and reduces biliary and urinary tract spasms.
