Hello, I have the same problem. After 5 days of treatment with pylera, double vision = binocular diplopia. It's been 5 and a half months now

Based on studies and postmarketing reports, the only side effect on vision that has been observed with Pylera is blurred vision. This may occur uncommonly, affecting up to 1 in 100 people.
