If I ate porridge that contained psyllium and psyllium 6 hours before the contraceptive pill, will the contraceptive effectiveness decrease?

If I ate oatmeal that contained psyllium and plantain 6 hours before the contraceptive pill, will it significantly reduce the effectiveness of the contraception?
This was the composition of the porridge: 51% apples 24% bananas 18% Strawberries 3% Oat Groats 3% Oatmeal 0.5% psyllium seeds 0.5% plantain seeds
