The first pill should be taken on day 5 of the cycle.
On Wednesday I removed the Levosert insert. After 2 days I was staining.
I take Ryeqo for endometriosis, I've never had a regular period, sometimes once every six months. I talked to 2 doctors, one said to take without waiting for my period, the other to wait (the 2nd one was not very talkative unfortunately). Is it possible to take the pill on a different day of the cycle? Is it better to wait?

The first tablet should be taken by the 5th day of the cycle - between 1-5 days after the start of bleeding.
When starting treatment, take the first tablet within 5 days of the onset of menstrual bleeding. If treatment is started on a different day of the menstrual cycle, you may initially experience irregular or heavy bleeding.
If bleeding does not occur within the next 1-2 weeks, therapy can be started even though there is no bleeding.
