I've been using Fluomizin, Pimafucort and Tantum Rosa, but so far I don't see any improvement - what should I do?

Hello, I'm taking fluomizin but I still have Christmas lubricates additionally plimafuchord and the effect to make it ok There is no gynoflor after this I'll see if it gives anything but I don't know if I'm doing the right thing because I also use Tamturos, I don't know if I'm doing ok
