I've been struggling with chalazion for 3 months, is there still a chance for it to disappear or is it necessary to remove it?

Hello
I've been struggling with chalazion for 3 months, it's not visible, it doesn't hurt, it doesn't cause vision problems. 4 days after it appeared, it cracked, but I guess because of repainting my eyelids too quickly, it didn't heal completely and came back. I've been putting on make-up and warming up for the whole 3 months, I know it was a mistake, but if I stop using cosmetics now, is there still a chance for it to disappear or is it necessary to remove it?

As an outsider, I am not able to give you individual medical advice on the basis of a short description alone. Health decisions should be made under medical supervision.

Chalazion, also known as stye, is a bacterial infection of one of the sebaceous glands at the base of the eyelashes. Painting and heating can increase the risk of infection and make it difficult for the lesion to heal. Quitting cosmetics can be beneficial, but it is essential to consult your doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations. If you are unable to get to your doctor, I attach a link to the online teleconsultation:
