Triplixam is a combination product containing three active substances with
antihypertensive, with complementary mechanisms of action to control blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Perindopril with arginine is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, indapamide is a chlorosulfamyl diuretic and amlodipine is a dihydropyridine calcium antagonist.
The pharmacological properties of Triplixam are due to the action of the individual active substances. In addition, the combination of perindopril and indapamide has an additive effect on lowering blood pressure.
