My husband has had a stroke and complains of a breathing problem, what to do?

Good evening
My husband has had a stroke for two days, he has been taking Roswera 10mg tablets and complains of a problem with Breathing. Takes Roxiper 20mg+8mg+2.5mg Lacipip 1/2 Tabl,acard 75mg, aspargin, proaxon, biotropil1200, symfaxin ER 37.5 vitamin b complex Please advise what I should do follow-up visit in 2 m Best regards
