What if I took 2 tablets of Sylvie 20 in one day?

By chance, in the first week of taking the pills after the break, I took 2 tablets on the same day because I forgot that I had already swallowed one, can I continue with the blister, take the 21st day tablet from the next blister and take a standard break after 21 days and won't taking 2 tablets reduce the effectiveness?
