Last month, due to stomach problems, I had to take an extra contraceptive pill 3 times from a spare blister (on the 4th, 10th and 21st day). Are there any long-term side effects on health?

Taking additional tablets of Kontracept was associated with the risk of incomplete absorption of the drug and thus a decrease in contraceptive effectiveness. It was correct.
Assuming that, despite stomach discomfort (diarrhea, vomiting), the first tablet has been completely absorbed and you have used the next one, there is no risk of overdose. What's more, the hormone doses in Kontracept are very low.
The Summary of Product Characteristics does not indicate serious symptoms in the event of overdose. Vomiting, nausea or bleeding from the genital tract may occur. However, you have not overdosed and this information does not apply to your situation.
In addition to the risk of side effects normally associated with combined contraceptives, there is no additional danger in your case.
Have regular check-ups, go for check-ups with your gynaecologist, and contact a specialist if you experience any worrying symptoms.
