According to the International Medicines Index (https://www.drugs.com/international), a medicine with the same composition as Vines is not available in Egypt. To confirm this, it is best to go to your local pharmacy and ask about a medication containing: "60 microgram gestodene and 15 microgram ethinylestradiol".
