Can I be pregnant if I skipped a pill in the first week and took it only after a few days?

Hello,
During the first week I forgot to take one contraceptive pill, I don't know when :/ In the meantime I had intercourse but I definitely took a pill the day before intercourse (so it could have been a day or two before) when I realized I took two at once, will it reduce their effect?
