Good morning. For two weeks I took heliacid, then I did a test for helicobacter, a positive result. The doctor prescribed me Pylera, but he didn't tell me to take omeprazole. Can I take Pylera be Omeprazole?

When taking Pylera, omeprazole (e.g. Helicid) should be used as described in the package leaflet/summary of product characteristics:
"A single dose of Pylera consists of 3 identical hard capsules. Each dose should be taken 4 times a day, 3 capsules after breakfast, 3 capsules after lunch, 3 capsules after dinner and 3 capsules at bedtime (preferably with a snack) in order to take a total of 12 capsules a day for 10 days. A proton pump inhibitor (e.g. one tablet (capsule) of omeprazole 20 mg) should be taken twice daily at the same time as doses of Pylera after morning and evening meals for 10 days of therapy."
