What does it mean that the probiotic Lactibiane CND 10 should be used at a distance from a meal?
Good morning, a little unclear to me it seems to recommend taking the probiotic Lactibiane CND 10 namely it is written there at a distance from the meal. I would appreciate an explanation of how exactly I should take it, before, after, or at a distance means on an empty stomach.

If the packaging of Lactibiane CND 10 says "within walking distance of a meal," it means that you do not need to take the probiotic on an empty stomach, but it is best to avoid taking it simultaneously with meals. For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to take the probiotic at some interval before or after a meal, e.g. 30 minutes.
