If I removed the Nuvaring disc 3 days earlier, should I apply the new one at the usual time?
Hello, what if I took out the puck 3 days too early than I should? If after a week I put in the next disc (as I should after 21 days), will the protection be maintained?

In order for protection to be preserved, the interval between the discs should not be longer than 7 days. The break can be shortened, but never extended, then the effect of the disc will be preserved. So you should count 7 days from the date of removing the disc and after this time apply a new one.
