Is Serdolect very harmful to the heart. I'm afraid that I will have ventricular fibrillation after it or a heart attack. I take 20 mg in the morning and 4 mg at night.

Serdolect is a medicine intended for use only in emergency situations, to quickly relieve symptoms in patients with acute disorders (if they do not tolerate at least one other antipsychotic medicine). Clinical studies have shown that sertindole (the active ingredient in Serdolect) prolongs the QT interval to a greater extent than some other antipsychotics, so ECG monitoring is required before and during treatment.
