When do Diane-35 tablets give "full" protection if I started taking them before menstruation?
The doctor prescribed me Diane-35, due to prolonged cycles he recommended taking the tablet without waiting for the period, will the "full" protection be only after 7 days of taking the pills?

If you start using Diane-35 contraceptive pills on any day of the cycle, it is usually assumed that full contraceptive protection is maintained only when the next pack of the drug begins.
