Is the effectiveness of Orlifique tablets preserved if I had a gag reflex an hour after taking them?

Good morning, I am taking orlificique tablets. When taking tablets number 15 and 16 after an hour I had a strong gag reflex until I felt salt in my throat, I swallowed it. I took these pills on an empty stomach. Will they work? Can I take a break normally?
