Does the use of Cipeonex and Urosept affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception?

Does the use of Cipeonex and Urosept affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception? Good morning, I have been using Atywia Daily for over a year. I recently contracted a urinary tract infection, which gave me the antibiotic Cipronex and the emergency drug Urosept. Can any of these drugs reduce the contraceptive effect? Thank you in advance for your reply

Cipronex may reduce the effect of Atywia Daily contraceptive pills, therefore it is recommended to use additional protection (e.g. condoms) during treatment and 7 days after its completion. Urosept does not affect the action of tablets.
