Trioxal contains itraconazole that has antifungal activity. The dosage of the drug is determined individually for each patient by the prescriber according to the indications and is different depending on the fungal infection present. If the drug was to be used to treat mycosis of intimate areas, itraconazole included in Trioxal is dosed 200 mg twice a day for 1 day or 200 mg once a day for 3 days. Taking the drug in a different treatment regimen than recommended does not guarantee the achievement of the intended effects of therapy. However, itraconazole is present in the body for quite a long time, so despite the interruption of the drug - take the medicine as soon as possible and complete the treatment as directed by your doctor.
