Can I use Telfexo with Pylera, Mesopral and Proctit?

Good morning, can I take Telfexo 180 if I am taking PYLERA, MESOPRAL and PROKIT? I finish the pylera therapy on Saturday, but I can continue taking mesopral or with it can be used telfexo 180. If not, what other allergy medication does not react.
