Can I use ashwagandhe with Euthyrox and Dulsevia?

Hello. For some time I have been going down from the drug dulsevia 30 mg, I take every fourth day, I feel terrible withdrawal effects, dizziness, a feeling of current through the body and diarrhea, general fatigue. I also take euthyrox 25 and 50 alternately. My question is whether going down from dulsevi and taking euthyrox can I help ashwagandha?

I would not recommend in the described case the inclusion of ashwagandha in the treatment without consulting the attending physician. Ashwagandha may interact with medicines acting on the central nervous system (Dulsevia). In addition, it may enhance the effect of levothyroxine (Euthyrox).
