Does vitamin C at a dose of 600mg affect the effectiveness of contraception?

Hello. Can taking vitamin C in doses between 280-600mg (280mg is taken daily in the form of supplements + vitamin C in food depending on the day and more or less more, e.g. when you eat a lot of strawberries) affect the effectiveness of two-component contraceptive pills? I mainly mean those days when, let's say, there is less of this vitamin, i.e. these drops in the amount taken.

Taking more than 1000mg of vitamin C per day may affect the effectiveness of contraception. The dose up to 600mg and its fluctuations do not weaken the effect of the tablets. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje I encourage you to read the helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-prawidlowo-stosowac-antykoncepcje https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/witamina-c-na-infekcje-siniaki-i-przebarwienia
