Is 2 bottles of Nystatin not too short treatment for an adult?
Good morning. I guess I'm too stupid to understand the leaflet of the drug, so I decided to ask. I have to take antibiotics for 10 days and Nystatin for this time. According to what the doctor wrote and according to the leaflet I should take 5ml (500 000) 4x a day. Which gives 20ml per day, which is almost the entire bottle (28ml). I have 2 bottles, enough for less than 3 days ... What am I not understanding here? Help.

When dosing 5 ml 4 times a day actually - one bottle is enough for less than two days.
