What if I took a Microgynon tablet a few hours too early?
Good morning. I take microgynon 21 every day at 19:00. Today I accidentally took a pill at 11:30. Should I take the second one at 19:00 for protection? Can I take another tomorrow? I would like to stay with taking the pills at 19:00.

The next tablet should be taken the next day - as usual around 19. The drug should be used every day, at about the same time of day. Mistakenly taking the tablet a few hours earlier than usual does not affect the effectiveness of therapy, protection is preserved.
