Thank you for your reply. For some time I have had problems with the cervical spine and I have headaches, dizziness, tinnitus and even finish in my eyes. I did an X-ray and nothing dangerous came out in the neck, but I still have now, I go to the neurologist and ask him for an MRI because something is wrong. I would like to take something safe to minimize dizziness, but I will wait for the tests at the neurologist.
