Can sildenafil be used with Ramizek Plus? Does this medicine have a replacement?

Can I take occasional potency medication (sildenafil) from frames plus 5+5? What is the replacement for plus frames? Is it possible to replace the plus beziz with a combi frame (same dose)?

Drugs containing sildenafil from Ramizek Plus can be used. Ramizek Plus has no substitutes available and Ramizek Combi contains another active substance. Ramizek Plus includes bisoprolol and ramipril, while Ramizek Combi includes ramipril and amlodipine. Amlodipine and bisoprolol have a different mechanism of action.
