Is the dosage of Sanprobi IBS 2x1 and Sanprobi Super Formula 2x1 appropriate?

Hello, I was advised to start taking Sanprobi IBS - 2 times a day and Sanprobi Formula once a day for this for 3 months. Isn't that too much Probiotics? Thank you in advance for the odp.
