Does Nolipre forte affect the oxygen ceiling level?
Good morning. Can Noliprel forte 5-1,25 be used for intensive long-distance running? I have a problem with the increase in the oxygen ceiling and I do not know if it is not because of this drug.

Noliprel forte contains two active substances, perindopril and indapamide. According to available literature, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (e.g. perindopril) do not affect VO2max or exercise tolerance. They are drugs suitable for use in patients undertaking physical activity. Also, the use of indapamide should not affect the increase in the oxygen ceiling.
