If I took the contraceptive pill the day before at a good time, i.e. 4:30 p.m., and the next day I had sex and took the standard contraceptive pill at 4:30 p.m. and activated carbon at 5 p.m., does it affect the effectiveness?

To @meow: Yes, the probability is negligible.
So the chances of getting pregnant are small?

No, after almost 4 hours the charcoal should no longer interfere with the absorption of the tablet.
Will it matter if I took a spare tablet, for example, after 3 hours and 50 minutes and then this carbon still affects???

To @Meow: Yes, the contraceptive protection remains preserved. There is no need to skip placebo tablets.
So if I took the pill at 9 p.m., that ratio was protected? I wanted to combine the packages and not take a placebo to be sure because these were the last 3 tablets before the placebo

Do not use activated charcoal together with other drugs, because charcoal prevents the absorption of other preparations. An interval of 4 hours should be maintained between charcoal and contraceptive pills (as well as any other medicine) - taking another dose at 9 p.m. was the right solution. On our website you can check the prices and availability of medicines and place an order at the pharmacy (and in the case of over-the-counter drugs - order with home delivery). Then at 9 p.m. I took the second tablet from the spare package because the other one was not absorbed
