Skipping a single dose of a probiotic will not have consequences in light of the entire antibiotic treatment. We use probiotics mainly to avoid antibiotic diarrhea. I do not know what probiotic you use, when taking a probiotic, the dosage regimen in the leaflet or on the product packaging should be used.
