RSV vaccines

The RSV vaccine protects against dangerous lower respiratory tract infections, such as bronchitis or pneumonia, caused by the RSV virus (respiratory syncytial virus). Thanks to vaccination, the body learns to effectively recognize and fight this virus. There are two RSV vaccines available in Poland - Abrysvo (for pregnant women and people over 18 years of age) and Arexvy (for people over 50 years of age). The Abrysvo vaccine is reimbursed for people over 60 years of age and free of charge for pregnant women and seniors 65+.
