Hello, I have had a changed treatment for about 3 weeks. In general, I am being treated for strong derealization and depersonalization and anxiety after taking synthetic marijuana/legal highs once 2 years ago, and the condition has remained to this day. I gradually discontinued elicea according to the doctor's recommendations, which I took 15mg and the first week I reduced to 10 mg, then another week 5 mg and I finished taking it, but at the same time on the day of reducing the dose of that drug I started taking Welbox 150 mg. Currently, I'm 3 weeks on Welbox (or rather not, because I stopped it 2 days ago due to side effects, but more on that later) and a week after the complete discontinuation of Elicea. The problem is that already about 2-3 days after changing the treatment, I began to feel a kind of electric shock, which at the beginning occurred very sporadically during the day. Now there is almost every few seconds such a current piercing me from the head most often in the upper limbs, but in the lower ones it also happens. At the same time, I also feel such a second cut-off. It makes me very uncomfortable, my psychiatrist is on leave, I have no way to contact him, I was in a psychiatric hospital for consultation on this matter, but the lady was not only not nice and did not want to listen to me too much, she did not know too much what was wrong with me. She said that by the time of the visit to her doctor, which is only in 2 weeks I can try to stop Welbox and see if there will be an improvement, so I did and I am just 3 days without this drug, but nothing is better. My question is whether this is normal and whether it will pass me, I am very afraid, I panic because I do not want it to stay that way.
