Finasteridum, opinions and questions

Good morning, recently I read an article about how important it is to keep the drugs at the right temperature and I have concerns that I could spoil the effects as well as the results in the treatment. I often go on 10-20 day delegations (often abroad) and I always have 2-3 packages of this drug in my luggage. Upon arrival at the hotel or after returning from a delegation at home, the tablets are kept at about room temperature. Worse when traveling by car... often travels in a van where the temp in the trunk can be very different from the passenger seat. I kept the medication with the suitcase in the trunk (now I know it's a mistake) So during the tours the drugs may have been exposed to too high or too low a temperature. Suppose that : In winter from 5-7 degrees for 10h bake times a month, and in summer 30-37 degrees for 10 h five times a month . COULD SUCH A TEMPERATURE affect the action of finasteride? I am very concerned about this fact. On the leaflet it is written "No special recommendations for storage conditions" So it is probably about the temp. peaceful. Do I have cause for concern?
