For 3 weeks I have a problem with swallowing even saliva, I feel dry mouth, feeling like burnt esophagus and all throat, all the time drinking water but it does not bring relief. I was at the ENT I was first given the antibiotic doxycyclin 100mg 1 a day then there was a break until the next visit 4 days without an antibiotic and it started to be a little better. Yesterday I was on the check-up, the doctor put a cotton swab soaked in some anesthetic fluid in my nose and after a while he put another dry cotton swab and pushed quite deep. In a moment he pulled out a cotton swab and showed me what was on it and there was blood and a lot of such yellow secretions, he said that there I have clogged sinuses and I got an antibiotic clindamycine 300 mg 3 times a day. I started taking a total of 3 tablets, in my opinion it was even worse than before, dry throat and suddenly on the left side of the throat turned red. I went to the hospital and got allergy medication and an irrigation drip. Apparently the symptoms subsided a little, but the dry throat and problems with swallowing remained. I feel weak, I almost haven't eaten anything for 3 weeks because I can't. I have already been to the doctor 6 times and no one sees anything and I can not function normally.
