Can Pregabalin be used with Ibuprofen?

Can I still use painkillers, e.g. ibuprofen, with Pregabalin? I was prescribed pregabalin for unspecified neuritis and neuralgia. I take only the first day, so the effect is not there yet. Can I additionally take ibuprofen temporarily?
