In the leaflet contained inside the pregabalin I read specifically that it creates swelling in the hands, feet and ankles

Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your state of health. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki The Summary of Product Characteristics does not list swelling of the legs among the side effects of Pregabalin. If you are concerned about the effects of the medicine, it is best to talk to your doctor who is familiar with your health in detail. If you are unable to get to your primary care doctor, the gdziepolek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-bac-sie-dzialan-niepozadanych-lekow
