Is the dose of the antibiotic Amoksiklav suitable for the child?

Hello. Child 6 years 22kg. The prescribed antibiotic is amoksiklav400mg +57mg (angina). The dose is 8ml twice a day. The son never got such a high dose. Is it suitable?
