Where can I complain about the quality of dried medical marijuana from S-Lab?

Why S-Lab cheats and tricks customers into Susz not adequate in terms of quality to the price. Where and how can I apply for a refund for the purchased medicine?

To @Pacjent01:

As my colleague wrote below, if you suspect a quality defect in the product, you should report this fact to the pharmacy where the prescription was filled.

For 15 grams of dried herbs worth PLN 826 in a pharmacy, I got 13 grams of flowers and 3 grams of leaves. I buy hemp flowers, is this what you lived for, do I have to agree? What should I do with the leaves, they are not suitable for therapy and have no medical properties.

I think no one will refund the hajsu for this. Why? For a simple reason. It is a pharmaceutical raw material. It is supposed to contain adequate amounts of thc and cbd and that's the whole requirement. There are no guidelines as to the smell, taste or visual qualities (that the tops are to be this or that) nay! Even about terpenation there is nothing. I understand that patients are outraged by the price-quality ratio, but unfortunately this night will not change. I had the same thing with the second batch of Red no 2, which was dried hay - the same thing. wIF will examine that the amount of Tadek is correct and that will be the end of it. But you can try :) Best regards

You can go to the pharmacy where the prescription was filled. If there is a suspicion of a quality defect in the product, the pharmacy manager reports the matter to WIF - Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspector. After receiving the notification, the Provincial Inspector shall immediately: secure the medicinal product that is the subject of the notification, notify the inspector for the manufacture of GIF, competent for the place of manufacture or import of the medicinal product, conduct an investigation. If the content of the notification shows that in a given situation there may be a direct threat to health and life, WIF immediately after receiving the notification, decides to suspend the marketing of specific batches of the medicinal product in the area of its activity. After conducting an investigation, the Provincial Inspector may issue a decision to refer the medicinal product for research in units that deal with the examination of medicinal products.
