Yes, the effectiveness of contraception may have been weakened. If vomiting or severe diarrhoea occur within 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, the tablet may not have been completely absorbed. The tablet should be treated as a missed one and proceed as described in the leaflet according to the day of the cycle.
