Hi, I broke the Accu glucometer-Chek once I called and sent me a new one, I gave the old (exchange was by courier) How now I can and whether I can generally get a new and give the old.

You can exchange it in the same system as you did before. Some pharmacies have free glucometers, you can ask at the pharmacy. Many facilities have such equipment, especially when the pharmacy is located near a diabetes clinic.
