Can I fill a prescription from a Czech doctor in Poland?

Can a prescription from a Czech doctor be used in Poland? I use Triasin 5/5mg (Ramipril a felodipin) , which including replacements is currently not available in the Czech Republic.

A prescription written by a Czech doctor can be filled in Poland only with full payment. It is a cross-border prescription. As for the reimbursement - the patient can apply for them already in his own country - here the Czech Republic. In Poland, the drug, which is a combination of Ramiprila 5 mg and Felodipine 5 mg is Delmuno: Availability is given here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21656/delmuno-5-tabletki-powlekane/apteki The information necessary for such a prescription is: - Name, surname, date of birth of the patient - Name, surname, professional qualifications and contact details of the person issuing the prescription - Address of the place where the service was provided (e.g. clinic, hospital, professional practice) - Name of the drug (international, own), form, strength, quantity, dosage method - Date of prescription - Handwritten signature of the person issuing the prescription It is important that the doctor writes the international name of Ramipryl/Felodipine, and does not use the name Triasyn. In Poland, there is no drug under this name. Article you might be interested in: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-kupic-leki-za-granica
