Good morning, the doctor prescribed sumamed 250 hard capsules and told to give a 6-year-old child, of course, if he does not swallow the capsules, pour the powder and give it to the child, but can I add water? How do I give this medicine

Sumamed 250 mg capsules should be administered whole. The capsules should not be opened. Due to the bitter taste of the antibiotic, an attempt to make a suspension by mixing the contents with water will most likely fail.
