No menstrual disorders have been reported with Aripiprazole. However, this drug can cause an increase in the concentration of prolactin in the blood, and thus indirectly lead to inhibition of menstruation. In order to determine the cause of menstrual disorders, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist.
