Can I use Hydroxyzine or Tranxene during treatment with Setaloft?

I started treatment with Setaloft 50mg, half a tablet each. Due to lack of sleep from the beginning of treatment, can I take hydroxyzine 10mg? The doctor also prescribed me tranxene, but I am afraid that it will be too strong.
